Good news for Mid Ohio residents on this Groundhog Day, Spring is coming early this year! This welcome declaration comes on the heals of a miserably cold week that saw temps in the minus 18 degrees range and wind chills down to around -30. That Polar Vortex followed a stretch of above normal snowfall. It's no wonder WNCO's Petrified Prognosticator Deadly Dan did not want to emerge from his cozy lair , which technically is a storage closet here at the radio ranch. Deadly Dan was a gift from a WNCO listener many years ago and gets one day in the spotlight every year. The streak continues. Deadly Dan never sees his shadow and we are very happy about that!
