WNCO's Deadly Dan Predicts Early Spring

For 364 days a year he hibernates in a station utility closet, with a brown bag over his head. (He scares the staff) But this one day a year, Groundhog Day, we bring him out to make his weather prediction. True to form, this "petrified prognosticator" fails to see his shadow thus predicting an early spring. You might guess our taxidermied friend NEVER sees anything, let alone his shadow, because he is no longer among the living. You've got to love his positive outlook, though. It's always a hopeful forecast for Mid-Ohio residents when Deadly Dan is on duty. If only he could have sniffed out the pandemic a year ago.
