Browns-Bills Game Moved To Detroit. Here's What We're Missing!

Sunday's Cleveland Browns at Buffalo Bills game has not been cancelled, or rescheduled. It's been relocated, to Detroit. A major snow storm has begun in Buffalo with up to six feet of snow anticipated. Some suggested the game stay in Buffalo and get moved to Monday but that would violate an NFL rule that requires at least three off days between games. The Bills are scheduled for Thanksgiving Day.

It's with an "abundance of caution" the game is being moved. It's way too dangerous to expect fans, stadium staff and players to make it to the stadium in this kind of weather. The game will be held indoors at Ford Field in Detroit, west of the storm and safe from foul weather.

Games played in the snow are, however, fun to watch and cinematically beautiful. As you'll see in the NFL Films clips below they are clearly dealing with far less than six feet of snow. Since Browns and Bills will miss the winter wonderland, please accept this as a seasonal substitute.
