Winter 2024 could be a short one if our local furry friend's prediction is correct. Longtime WNCO "mascot" Deadly Dan made his annual Groundhog Day appearance outside of our studios this morning and, once again, did not see his shadow! That means an early spring for the Mid-Ohio area. Truth be told, he never sees his shadow and hasn't for decades. We don't call him our Petrified Prognosticator for nothing! So until next Groundhog Day, we thank you and it's back into the storage closet for you Deadly Dan, the hardest working rodent in radio.
