The Richland County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a runaway juvenile from Mansfield. 14 year old Payton Harbin has been missing since August 19th. Harbin is a black male, 5’01”, 103 lbs, black hair and brown eyes. Payton is still believed to be in the Mansfield area. Anyone with information is urged to call the Richland County Sheriff’s Office at 524-2412.
