A police report has been filed with the Ontario Police Department, after part of a display was stolen from the Marshall Park Festival of Lights. RichlandSource.com reports that a wooden cut out of Rudolph was taken sometime on Sunday afternoon or early evening. A $250 reward has been offered for information that helps find the cut out and leads to the arrest of those responsible.
