Mansfield Skate Park One Step Closer To Happening

The proposed plan to build a Skate park at Maple Lake Park in Mansfield is one step closer to happening, according to RichlandSource.com.

City Council Tuesday night saw a sketch of the possible Skate park that would cost $200,000 and come from the PRIDE funds. Council recently approved $25,000 toward design work for the Skate park and legislation is expected to be introduced at the next meeting on July 2nd.

A company out of California would be handling the work and is currently building a skate park in Newark.
