Ohio BMV To Have Amnesty Clinic In Ontario

The Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles will have an a BMV amnesty clinic from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1 at the Ontario Municipal Building’s community room, at 555 Stumbo Road. The BMV has partnered up with Mansfield and Ontario courts. Richlandsource.com reports that the program applies to people with a driver’s license or permit suspension for specific violations, but not those with a commercial driver’s license or permit suspension. Applicants should have completed all eligible court-ordered sanctions except the payment of reinstatement fees and you must have at least 18 months pass since the end period of the suspension.

If you have previously applied for the amnesty program, you are not eligible to apply again.
