The issue was a blockage from the water treatment plant to the pumping station on Lexington Springmill road.

A bypass of the existing pipeline was needed. The money comes out of the water and sewer fund.

City Council will meet again Tuesday .at 7 pm.. The meeting will be done remotely and streamed live on the city of Mansfield's facebook page.
