The Shelby City Health Department is reporting 2 new cases. The Department has documented a total of 62 individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 since the outbreak began in March. Of that cumulative number, 58 have attained recovered /resolved status. The Department is currently monitoring 4 active cases - 2 of which are home quarantined and 2 are hospitalized. There have been no COVID-19 deaths documented within the City of Shelby. Citizens are urged to observe all COVID-19 protocols and Health Department guidelines including: sanitization, social distancing, and face coverings.
