Richland Public Health To Release Info To Schedule COVID-19 Vaccine Appt

Richland Public Health will be releasing a Central Scheduling toll free phone number on Thursday for calling to schedule an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine from Richland Public Health.

Please do not call Richland Public Health's general number or visit Richland Public Health's building as we cannot pre-schedule anyone except by using the Central Scheduling number.

The Central Scheduling phone number, when announced on Thursday, will be for registering seniors only, starting with those 80 years old and older.

Here’s Ohio Governor Mike DeWine’s plan for Phase 1B (dependent on vaccine supplies):

  • Tuesday, January 19th: vaccinations will be available to those 80 years old and older.
  • Monday, January 25th: vaccinations will open up to those 75 years old and older.
  • Monday, February 1: vaccinations will open up to those 70 years old and older. Also vaccinations will begin for school personnel.
  • Monday, February 8th: vaccinations will open up to those 65 years old and older.

Again, please look for that number on Thursday to call for scheduling COVID-19 vaccinations. Do not call Richland Public Health’s general number.
