A warming shelter is available for those who need to get out of the cold temperatures in Mansfield. According to RichlandSource.com, the shelter is setup at the ARC Empowerment Center at 378 Park Ave West and opens each night at 7:30pm allowing those in need of a warm place any time the temperature drops below 32 degrees. The shelter only can operate when they have enough volunteers and if you would to help call 419-241-6781. The shelter also could use socks, hats, gloves and bottled water if anyone would like to donate those items. The entrance to the warming shelter is located on Sycamore Street.
