RichlandSource.com reports, later this week the County Commissioners look to make their plan official to use $500,000 in American Rescue plan dollars toward the project, which along with $500,000 from the City of Mansfield and $4 million from the State of Ohio, make up the $5 million needed to bring down the dilapidated structure and cleanup the 13 acres adjacent to it on East 5th Street.
