Former Pump House In Ashland Could Be Turned Into Hotel

A Columbus area developer has plans to renovate the former Pump House building in Ashland into a hotel.

Mayor Matt Miller, telling RichlandSource.com,  if an agreement is made, then Ashland City Council would vote on the proposed deal on February 7th.

The vacant 44,000 square foot building is located on the corner of Orange and Fourth Street. The same developer is also interested in building another hotel in Ashland near I-71. Right now, Ashland has a total of 6 hotels.
