Some KIDDE Fire Extinguishers Recalled

According to USA Today, you might want to check your fire extinguisher. Kidde brand has just recalled 40 million of them.  The problem is pretty simple: They might not work. Kidde officials say the nozzles of the extinguishers could get get clogged when you're trying to put out a fire. And there's a subsequent issue there, because enough pressure could build up to force the nozzles off, putting you at risk of injury. 134 models, some manufactured as early as 1973, are covered in the recall. The Consumer Product Safety Commission says there have been 391 reports of nozzles getting clogged. (USA Today)
