Marvin Memorial Library to offer curb-side service

LIBRARY WILL OFFER CURB-SIDE PICK-UP

Shelby, Ohio; May 7, 2020. The Marvin Memorial Library will initiate prearranged curb-side pick-up of library materials beginning on Monday, May 11, 2020, as part of a phased reopening plan.

Cardholders may place a hold request at https://marvinlibrary.org/ for library materials currently in our building. Your library card number and PIN are required. You will receive a telephone call when your order is ready for pick-up.

At this time, we are not able to fulfill requests for materials from other libraries. That service will resume as other libraries reopen and delivery becomes available.

If you don’t know exactly what you want, fill out our Google form at https://marvinlibrary.org/ or https://www.facebook.com/marvinmemoriallibrary/ You may also telephone us at 419-347-5576. We will help you select your library materials and call you when your order is available for pick-up.

When you enter the parking lot to pick up your library materials, pull up along the sidewalk at the west side of the building at a prearranged time or call 419-347-5576 to announce your arrival.

Please return all library materials in our book drop. There will be no fines assessed for materials returned during our emergency closing.

The library will also provide prearranged no-contact delivery of library materials to homebound patrons in our local service area.

For further information or assistance, call the Marvin Memorial Library at 419-347-5576,

Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
