Workshop Participants will learn how to make sourdough starter, how to feed your sourdough, and how to use sourdough starter to make Cinnamon Rolls, Italian Bread and Round Artisan Breads. You will also learn how to use the discard from your sourdough in waffles, pancakes, toppings and Pizza dough. Class is $25 per person and it includes all materials. Each person will leave with their own sourdough starter container. Cinnamon Rolls will be eaten during class with homemade ice cream. Breads will be baked and sampled to during the class. Hands-on learning and a great class to learn a new culinary technique.
