We Country music fans were saddened we they learned that Sam Hunt and his wife were splitting up. Then we all felt relief when news broke that the divorce papers had been withdrawn. Now we're sad again because Sam's wife filed divorce papers again. It's so hard to keep our emotions in check with this legal see-saw in motion. We're here to help. Sam Hunt's pregnant wife, Hannah, filed for divorce Friday after five years of marriage. TMZ has uncovered legal documents in which Hannah claims that Sam is guilty of inappropriate marital conduct and adultery. The boilerplate code section states, "The husband is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper." Hannah is asking for custody of their unborn child, alimony and support. The couple hadn't announced the pregnancy. The baby is due in May.

We learned that Hannah withdrew her divorce petition with the understanding that she had the right to file again. We all though that was good news and that maybe there would be a reconciliation.

Sam Hunt's pregnant wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, has filed for divorce for the second time. According to a report from TMZ, she withdrew the first suit because it was filed in the wrong county. Now with the papers in the proper jurisdiction, the divorce is back on. Earlier in the week it had been revealed that Hannah was filing for divorce on the grounds of inappropriate marital behavior. She's asking for primary custody of the child and support.
