Turn your clocks back -- one last time ... The U.S. congress is finally dealing with one of the biggest problems of the modern world -- Daylight Saving Time. While we're turning our clocks back on November 5th, we may not have to do it next year, or any other year, if the feds pass Florida Republican Senator's Marco Rubio’s Sunshine Protection Act of 2021. The Senate passed the bill in March. If the house follows suit, there won't be any "falling back in 2023."
