COUNTRY MUSIC LEGENDS DIAMOND RIO COME TO MANSFIELD
Diamond Rio, a band known for dozens of hits and platinum albums for over 25 years, will play Mansfield, Ohio’s Renaissance Theatre on Saturday, January 7 at 8:00 p.m. The band made popular by hits like “Meet in the Middle”, “How Your Love Makes Me Feel”, “One More Day” and more is sure to have audiences singing along.
Tickets to see Diamond Rio in concert at the Renaissance Theatre range from $15 to $60 and are on sale online at rentickets.org, or by visiting or calling the Renaissance Box Office at 419-522-2726. Diamond Rio is presented as a part of the Avita Health System Concert Series, with season partners DRM, Schmidt Security Pro, LIND advertising, Mid-State Multimedia, Hughie’s event services, Richland County Foundation, Ohio Arts Council, Richland Source, and The Cleveland Financial Group.
Opening the show will be country singer/songwriter Mo Pitney.

Formed in 1989 in Nashville, TN the band consists of Gene Johnson (mandolin, tenor vocals), Jimmy Olander (lead guitar, acoustic guitar, banjo), Brian Prout (drums), Marty Roe (lead vocal), Dan Truman (keyboards), and Dana Williams (bass guitar, baritone vocals).

Diamond Rio signed to Arista Records and in 1991 with the release of “Meet In The Middle” became the first country music group in history to reach No. 1 with a debut single. The band is also known for their hits “How Your Love Makes Me Feel,” “One More Day,” “Beautiful Mess,” “Unbelievable,” “In A Week or Two,” and more. They released their first-ever autobiography, Beautiful Mess: The Story of Diamond Rio on Thomas Nelson in 2009.
