Oh Come On! Peep On A Perch?

It's one thing to put Rudy, the Elf-on-a-Shelf, in charge of monitoring your child's behavior. It's a whole other thing to have these sickeningly sweet holiday treats play night watch-peeps. Yes, Mom and Dad, this is a thing. "Peep-on-a-Perch". Much like the Elf, Peep on a Perch comes with its own storybook and makes sure kids are being good before it’s time for the Easter Bunny to fill up their Easter baskets.

I'm all for kids being on their best behavior. Based on what I've heard from parents of children of the appropriate age, "Elf-on-a-Shelf" works well. Parents have fun with it and the children and very anxious, each morning, to see what sort of mischief Rudy has been up to. But Peeps? In my opinion they don't spark joy and they don't taste good. They cause belly aches!

OK, say that you are going to give this a try at your house. Let your creativity run wild and please share your photos to mattappleby@iheartmedia.com. I'll be happy to add them to our WNCO Facebook Page.
