Boneless and frivolous
A class-action lawsuit filed by a Chicago man against Buffalo Wild Wings has prompted an equally ridiculous response from the restaurant chain. If you haven't heard, a customer named Aimen Halim filed the lawsuit over the restaurant's use of the term "boneless wings," arguing that it gives the customer the false impression that they are getting meat from the chicken wing without the actual bone. He claims they are more like chicken nuggets and had he known that before ordering them, he wouldn't have spent his money on them. His lawsuit is seeking unspecified monetary damages. Meanwhile, Buffalo Wild Wings has responded in a mockingly comical tweet saying, "It’s true. Our boneless wings are all white meat chicken. Our hamburgers contain no ham. Our buffalo wings are 0% buffalo."
