Seneca County: North Central Ohio Teens Involved In Serious Injury Accident

A man from South Carolina was seriously injured in an accident in Seneca County, which involved two teenagers from North Central Oho.

The teens, both age 16, one from Shelby and the other from Galion, drove left of center and hit a truck, driven by the 60 year old man from South Carolina. He was taken by life flight to a Toledo hospital.  The vehicle went off the road, struck the ditch and overturned. His passengers, a 60 year old man from Kentucky and 40 year old man from Illinois, both suffered minor injuries.

The accident happened on State Route 4, just after 6 pm on Monday. The teenagers were wearing seatbelts and were not injured.   The crash remains under investigation.
