Richland County Land Bank Looking To Demolish Park Ave East Building

The Richland County Land Bank is looking to secure $750,000 to demolish a property on Park Ave East.

The buildings were formerly owned by Denver Roof and were purchased by Goyal Industries and Cement Products in 2022. The plan would be to clean up the site for redevelopment.

According to RichlandSource.com, this was one of 5 proposals approved by the Land Bank to send on to the Ohio Department of Development.  The Richland County Land Bank hopes to use the $1.4 million left over from the Ocie Hill building demolition to help with other projects. The Ocie Hill building only used $600,000 from the $2 million grant that was issued
