Do you have an office crush? You’re not alone. Seems lots of people have a secret crush on a co-worker. Surveys by the Society for Human Resource Management consistently find that 50% of respondents admit to having a thing for someone they work with. And whether people act on these crushes or not, it makes sense. You spend a lot of time with your co-workers and there is a bond created through shared experiences. "The workplace is a very special place for attachment," says Helen Fisher, the chief science advisor for Match.com. "Because you spend the day with somebody, you're under the same pressures. You have the same understanding of all these people around you. I can't talk to my husband about people in my workplace – he doesn't know them." Humans are, as she puts it, "a pair-bonding animal."
