Jana Kramer hosted a conversation about dating advice on Whine Down with Jana Kramer on Thursday (May 23). The discussion included Kramer’s fiancé, Allan Russell, and Whine Down co-host Kristen Brust as the trio met with author and matchmaker Thalia Ouimet.
Throughout the discussion on the Thursday Therapy episode, Kramer and Russell talk about the Scottish soccer star’s reaction “when she was trying to be sexy on Instagram” post-divorce. Kramer also shared what happened when her ex asked for help selecting photos for his dating profile, and Russell offered a man’s perspective on ghosting. Ouimet shared her thoughts on ghosting, and referenced her book that published earlier this year, How To Attract The Right Guy: Avoid Situationships, Step Into Wifey Energy & Get Him To Commit.
Russell appeared on his fiancée’s podcast earlier this week. They shared a brief Q&A together before speaking with three soccer players, including discussing their upcoming wedding. Kramer, 40, and Russell, 43, announced in May 2023 that they were engaged after about six months of dating. They quickly followed with a pregnancy announcement, and welcomed their first child together — Kramer’s third baby, following Jolie, 8, and Jace, 5, from her previous marriage — in November. Kramer said when she welcomed son Roman James Russell that she’s “blessed beyond measure for this little miracle.”
