The Richland County Dolly Parton Imagination Library is in need of some help with funding.
The state of Ohio covers half of the $130,000 annual cost for the program, which Dr. Julie Chaya, Health Commissioner at Richland Public Health, says Richland County is still in need of $42,000 to keep the program funded for the rest of this year and into 2026.
