A man from Illinois has been arrested in connection to the murder of a former Ashland dentist and his wife.
According to RichlandSource.com, Michael McKee, 39, was arrested on Saturday in Illinois and charged with two counts of murder. The bodies of Spencer and Monique Tepe were found in their Columbus home on December 30th. Their two children were found unharmed.
McKee is the ex-husband of Monique Tepe. They were married in 2015 and later divorced in 2017.
Detectives were able to identify McKee as suspect via Columbus Neighborhood surveillance and then tracked his vehicle northwest of Chicago.
