On February 15th, 2026, the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office along with METRICH, arrested Randall Scott Leicy (Age, 33) and William E. Morgan (Age, 48) both from Mansfield, Ohio. Also present inside the vehicle was a juvenile.
During the arrest, approximately ½ lb of methamphetamines, two firearms and over $7000.00 was seized as evidence.
Leicy and Morgan were transported to the Crawford County Justice Center and are being held on charges of, Having weapons under disability, Drug Possession and Child endangering. A report will be forwarded to the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for consideration of additional charges.
