Bond has been set at $10,000 for the mayor of the village of Butler, who has been charged with two counts of misdemeanor voyeurism.
According to RichlandSource.com, the charges follow an investigation by the Richland County Sheriff's Office.
The alleged offenses took place in January, when Wesley Dingus, 48, was out on bond awaiting trail for another criminal case.
The report from the Richland County Sheriff's Department says the alleged offenses were recorded with a small video camera. Dingus is not allowed to have any contact with the alleged victim and must wear electronic monitoring.
