A recent study of the Clear Fork Reservoir has found it should remain a reliable source of drinking water in Mansfield for at least the next 50 years.
According to RichlandSource.com, the sediment survey was conducted by Stantec Consulting Services, which has 4 offices in Ohio.
An engineer with the company, said, the Clear Fork Reservoir supplies 4.5 million gallons per day to Mansfield's water supply, which is 40%. The other 60% comes from a well network.
