Katie Moon is ready to go for the gold, again! The Olmsted Falls native and Ashland University Alum could win her second gold medal in the Women's Pole Vault. The first was in Tokyo at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Moon, formerly Nageotte, will compete in the Women's Pole Vault Final tomorrow (8/7/24), one of twenty athletes to advance after Monday's qualifying round. The medal round of the Olympic Women's Pole Vault is expected to begin at 12:15 ET. Katie won the gold in Tokyo clearing the height of 4.9 metres.
